PRICING

We have a gender neutral price system based on length, desired result and the time required. Our colour services are prices on a ‘starting from’ basis. Please speak to your stylist in regards to getting an accurate quote as they may vary depending on the hair length and desired outcome alongside additional techniques used. This can be done during a consultation, which we always highly recommend you book in advance of your colour appointment for the best experience.

COLOUR

We are an eco-salon and pride ourselves in working sustainably. Working with brands that are committed to producing quality products whilst being passionate to contributing to sustainability.

We advise to book a free consultation (not Saturdays) where you would have an in-depth chat with your colourist alongside a skin test. This will need to be done to a minimum of 48 hours before your desired appointment date.

CONSULTATIONS

If you are a new client wanting to start your colour journey with us or alternatively pre existing and un sure and considering a new colour or complete restyle, we would recommend booking a consultation ideally a minimum of 48 hours before your desired appointment date. 

During your consultation your stylist/technician will have an in depth chat as well as assess your hair and will advise you on the best way to achieve your desired result.

Please note that colour changes/transformation (nonspecific to colour services listed) will go by £70 per the hour.

SKIN TESTS

We ask you to pop in 48 hours minimum for a skin test, to ensure your safety. If you wish to follow through without a skin test, your colourist will not be able to follow through with your service.

Please note:

-          allergies can form at any point in time, even with previous exposure to colour. We ask you to disclose any allergies known to you in case of concern of potential risk.

-          Any massive changes to your health ( for example ) recent pregnancy, Sickness, flu (COVID), other allergies, changes to medication. These variables could trigger a new onset allergy to colour.

What to expect with a skin test? 

- Please reach out to our salon for any information if you have any concerns.

- We place a small dot of colour behind the ear.

-  Reaction symptoms may vary, please look out for blistering, burning, swelling

- You will be asked to come in for another patch test if you have not had a colour with us for 6 months or longer.

LATENESS AND CANCELATIONS

We provide a 15-minute grace period with our appointment timings. Please notify us  via phone if you think you may be late for your appointment. We can only hold the appointment for 15 minutes until it starts to have effects on the other appointments.

If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. We understand that things may happen, however depending on circumstances you  may be charged (50% for cut 70% for colour) cancellation fee if you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 24 hours. If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be charged in full.

Please note we do not accept any cancellations via social media and would require a phone call or email.

UNHAPPY WITH A SERVICE

We strive our best to achieve the best desired results, however if you are not 100% satisfied with how the results turned out. We will be happy to rectify and amend your hair complimentary. We do ask that you notify us within two weeks after your appointment.

FRINGE TRIMS

We encourage our clients to come in for fringe trim top ups. Due to short time slots we ask to call the salon in advance so we could allocate the appointment in between cuts. We do accept walk ins depending on who is available. We will try to accommodate as many as possible but please bear in mind due to busy times you may be asked to return a little later to your fringe appointment if your stylist runs behind.

UNSURE ON WHAT TO BOOK

Not sure if you need a balayage, full head or ½ head, maybe a root tint. That is fine. We will be able to help. All we ask is you schedule a consultation with either a stylist or colourist and they will guide you to what needs to be booked. Please understand that calling the salon to enquire on what to book may not guarantee on the right service being booked as your technician will need to look at your hair, hair history and your desired results to book you in. All services range in time and price and you may be turned away and asked to rebook for the correct service on the right day if your stylist/ technician does not have the correct amount of time.

CHILDREN CUTS

We offer children ( under the ages of 10) cuts on a discounted price (prices may vary) on the weekdays from times 10am – 5pm. While we still do services for kids outside of those times and on weekends, we will charge full price as those times are our peak times.

DOGS

We are a dog friendly salon, if you are uncomfortable around dogs, please let us know and we will ensure we allocate a time when its humans only. We ask our dog owners to give us a curtsey call to let us know if they may need to bring in their dog.
