PRICING

Our pricing is gender-neutral and based on hair length, desired result, and the time required. Colour services are priced from a starting rate and may vary depending on your hair, the techniques used, and your desired outcome. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation before your colour appointment for an accurate quote.

COLOUR SERVICES

As an eco-conscious salon, we work with sustainable, high-quality colour brands. We recommend a free consultation and mandatory skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Colour services are available to clients aged 16 and over.

CONSULTATIONS

New colour clients, existing clients considering a colour change, or anyone planning a major restyle should book a consultation at least 48 hours in advance. Your stylist will assess your hair, discuss your goals, and recommend the best service.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours' notice. Refunds are not automatic—please contact the salon by phone or email to arrange one.

SKIN TESTS

A skin test is required at least 48 hours before all colour appointments. Without a valid skin test, we cannot carry out your colour service.

Please let us know about any allergies or recent health changes (including pregnancy, illness, or medication changes), as these may affect your sensitivity to colour.

A new skin test is required if you have not had a colour service with us in the last six months.

LATENESS & CANCELATIONS

We allow a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you're running late, as appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or reschedules may incur a fee, and missed appointments will be charged in full.

IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your hair, please contact us within two weeks and we'll be happy to assess and, where appropriate, make adjustments complimentary.

Please note that services carried out by trainees may not be eligible for complimentary corrections or refunds.

FRINGE TRIMS

Fringe trims are available by appointment. Please call ahead so we can fit you in between appointments. Walk-ins are welcome where availability allows.

NOT SURE WHAT TO BOOK?

If you're unsure which service you need, book a consultation. Your stylist will assess your hair and recommend the correct service. Booking without a consultation may result in insufficient appointment time, and you may need to rebook.

CHILDRENS CUTS

Discounted cuts are available for children under 10. Prices may vary depending on the time required. Washing and blow-drying can be included but may extend the appointment.

DOGS

We're a dog-friendly salon. If you'd prefer a dog-free appointment, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If you're bringing your dog, please give us a quick call beforehand.
